Knowledge Quran Centre (KQC), operated by AA Fast International Pvt Ltd

1. No physical shipping

KQC provides live online education. No physical products are shipped and no courier or physical delivery charges apply to its standard educational services.

2. Free trial

Eligible new students are offered seven days of free trial classes. A paid monthly plan is activated only after approval from the adult student or parent/guardian.

3. Delivery of classes

Once enrollment and payment are confirmed, lessons are provided live at the agreed dates and times. KQC supplies the class schedule and online meeting link in advance. Delivery is electronic through its learning and video-conferencing systems; it is not a prerecorded course download.

4. Access issues

If the student or parent/guardian does not receive a link or it fails to work, KQC will provide technical assistance or a replacement link. Teacher-side technical disruptions will be addressed by completing the remaining lesson or arranging a makeup lesson. Student-side connection problems may qualify for extra time on request, subject to teacher availability.

5. Revision recordings

Although the core service is live teaching, recordings of relevant lessons may be accessible privately to the student or parent/guardian via the LMS for revision for up to 15 days.
