1. Who we are

Knowledge Quran Centre (KQC), operated by AA Fast International Pvt Ltd provides live online education and operates associated registration, learning and communication systems. This Policy explains how personal data is handled for students, parents/guardians and website visitors.

2. Information collected

Information may include names, contact details, student and family identifiers, course and class schedules, attendance and learning records, support communications, payment and transaction records, and information supplied during registration. Payment providers may separately process payment credentials; KQC should not be assumed to store full card numbers.

3. Purposes of processing

We use information to register students, arrange lessons, operate the LMS, provide academic support, manage billing, communicate service updates, respond to requests, maintain security and records, and send promotional offers where permitted. Promotional messages can be stopped on request; essential service communications may continue.

4. Class recordings and retention

Live lessons may be recorded for revision, examination preparation and correcting mistakes. This practice is disclosed during enrollment; separate permission is not routinely requested before each recording. Recordings are available privately through the LMS to the relevant student or parent/guardian, are not publicly available, and are retained for 15 days before deletion under the stated practice.

5. Access and disclosures

Administrative personnel may access records for authorized business purposes. Teachers can see the names of students assigned to them, but not their contact information. KQC states that student information and lesson recordings are stored on its own servers. Necessary information may nevertheless be processed by payment processors, messaging providers, hosting infrastructure or other service providers involved in delivering the service, where applicable. KQC does not represent that no third party ever handles any data.

6. Retention of other records

Enrollment, student and family records may remain after a student leaves KQC for operational, financial or legal purposes. No fixed deletion period has been specified for these non-recording records. Information should not be kept longer than necessary for legitimate purposes and applicable legal obligations.

7. Individual requests

Students or parents/guardians may request deletion of personal information, subject to necessary financial, legal and other records. Any rights to access, correct or otherwise manage information that are required by applicable law remain available regardless of the LMS’s current self-service features. 8. Communications and tracking

KQC uses WhatsApp, email and application notifications for class, billing, schedule and other messages, as well as offers or promotions. KQC has indicated that it does not currently use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel; actual website integrations should be checked if they change. Essential technical cookies or logs may still be needed to operate the site and LMS.

9. Security and updates

KQC seeks to restrict access and protect personal information through appropriate operational and technical controls. No online system can be guaranteed entirely secure. This Policy may be updated as practices or legal requirements change; material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
