1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern online educational services provided by Knowledge Quran Centre (KQC), operated by AA Fast International Pvt Ltd. They apply to adult students and to parents or legal guardians acting for minor students. By registering for or using the services, the applicable student or parent/guardian agrees to these Terms, subject to applicable law.

2. Educational services

KQC provides scheduled, live, online Quran and other educational classes. Admission is not subject to a fixed minimum age; suitability and arrangements may depend on the individual student. New students may receive a seven-day free trial. Paid classes begin on the agreed schedule only after the student or parent/guardian approves enrollment and payment.

3. Scheduling and attendance

Class links and schedules are supplied before lessons. If a student arrives late, the teacher will provide the full lesson duration as agreed. Student absences, whether notified in advance or not, ordinarily count as scheduled lessons and do not entitle the student to a makeup lesson or refund. If a student’s internet connection fails, additional time may be offered upon request, subject to teacher availability.

4. Teacher and technical interruptions

If a teacher’s connection or another teacher-side technical issue prevents completion, the remaining lesson will be completed or a makeup lesson arranged. KQC may provide a substitute teacher when needed. A student or parent/guardian may request a teacher change, subject to availability. KQC may change teachers or schedules when necessary, with advance notice.

5. Fees and payment

Monthly tuition is charged according to the agreed plan. Following the seven-day free trial, fees are charged only with the approval of the student or parent/guardian. If a payment is overdue, KQC may send reminders and may subsequently suspend classes until payment is resolved. KQC may revise fees with at least 15 days’ prior notice; revised fees apply to future billing.

6. Cancellation, leave and refunds

Students or parents/guardians may cancel at any time via the official WhatsApp number or LMS. Cancellation ends classes and future recurring payments promptly. Refunds and leave arrangements are governed by the separate Refund Policy and Cancellation & Leave Policy, including the 30-day calculation and applicable payment processing charges.

7. Conduct and direct arrangements

Harassment, abusive conduct or serious inappropriate behavior toward teachers or staff is strictly prohibited. Serious violations may result in suspension or termination, with no refund of unused tuition in such cases, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Students and parents/guardians must not independently arrange private classes or tuition payments with KQC teachers without KQC’s authorization.

8. Lesson recordings

KQC may record live lessons for the student’s revision, examination preparation and error correction. Recordings are made privately available to the relevant student or parent/guardian through the LMS for up to 15 days. Students or parents/guardians may record their own classes for personal educational use, but may not publish or distribute recordings without appropriate permission.

9. Updates and contact

KQC may update these Terms and notify students or parents/guardians of material changes. Any mandatory consumer or data protection rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Questions may be directed to the contact details below.
